As a motorsport enthusiast, Formula Drift is an event that needs to be attended in person. you'll get hooked and the rest will be history, at least thats the path i'm currently on. Seeing these events on instagram is incredible, but nothing can compare to the visceral feeling of having a 1000+HP , turbo charged, nitrous injected vehicle sliding sideways at well over 50 miles an hour, fly past you from 20 feet away. The action doesn't stop as they run through the field of racers and head back to the pits for tire swaps, alignment adjustments and other repairs from racing damage or faulty components.
Power steering pumps, engine swaps and complete suspensions swaps were some of the things I witnessed being replaced during the Seattle event. These teams dont F@k around when it come to getting it done.
Even with the intense pressure to perform at such a high level, every Driver, Mechanic & Media person I chatted with took the time to stop, say hi and answer questions.

The energy at this event was something I haven't felt at at other racing events or even car shows.
Everyone was there for a good time and thats exactly what we had.
